A minor update...

Did a minor update to the style (mainly of the Travel table and the map locations section), as well as updating screenshots and cover a smidge. I also added a 22 x 17 version of the unlabled map (color) in png format for use in a VTT. Nothing major, but you may want to download again if you already have.
